Helpful File Addition: ESLint #56

We now have our base JS rules up and running - what would be great is if someone (probably @AlexCatch) could configure the ESLint file to those adapted standards (I'm looking at you, 4 spaces.) and put it both in the boilerplate and attached to this repo.

It wouldn't be too hard to simply disable a few rules & begrudgingly change two spaces to four, although it would make sense to create a custom preset instead of just passing around an eslint file.
