403 Forbidden error with get_unify_refs.sh #18

Hi,

I'm a Recount and Monorail user, and recently I read the post with some critical issues with older version of unify and new release of it(ver 1.1.0).

Now I'm trying to update Monorail on my environment and re-analyze with this new version of Unify, but I meet a problem to get references for unify.

When I tried to re-build Monorail environment with new version, everything seems to work well except get_unify_ref.sh. I could successfully get files with "get_human_ref_indexes.sh", "get_mouse_ref_indexes.sh", and "get_ce_ref_indexes.sh", but I meet an error with 403 Forbidden when I only run "get_unify_ref.sh".

I appreciate if you give me an answer for my error.
