Upgrade NSIS version to 3.06.1 #1

Took latest NSIS version 3.06.1, and removed unnecessary files like Docs, Examples, NSIS.exe, etc. (similar to what was removed in existing source tree).

@langmo Could you please check this upgrade? I wanted to use setting MULTIUSER_INSTALLMODEPAGE_SHOWUSERNAME in my project, but it was introduced in 3.06+.
