Cannot start Position Fine Configuration Wizard after manually editing positions in Microplate Measurement #2

In the microplate measurement configuration, the Fine Configuration Wizard (button "Configure Positions") cannot be opened after manually editing positions.

Microplate Positions which should be imaged are currently saved kind of duplicate: the selected positions, as well as the configured positions. Manually editing the positions might lead to inconsistencies, which is why the fine configuration wizard is locked when manually editing positions. Maybe it would be possible to not save positions twice, which should save the problem (however, it is currently possible to manually add positions which are incompatible to the selected microplate layout).
