[Feature Request] 增加服务器上传至 GitHub 的速度 #7

想炸 https://file.xmoj-bbs.tech (https://github.com/XMOJ-Script-dev/FileShare) ，上传了一个 100MB 左右的文件，但是就卡在了最后一步死活传不上去

这样只能炸数据库了，炸不了对应的 GitHub 私有仓库

原因找到了…… 最大只能到 25MB ^1 ，要用 Git LFS ^2 ，官方也有解释 ^4

还有这个参考 不过 LFS 不用命令行不好做，于是准备在 GitHub 上面存储也是分块的，10MB一块
