As for formalization: Most of the work on the LFG part was done by Ash, Ida, Mary, Elizabeth Christie and Gianluca Giorgolo. I just imagined what one could do to accommodate certain facts. Yes, open access is great! It makes it possible to have these discussions. The content is ours. We want to use it as we like. =:-)
