Book is broken due to missing file memoize-xetex.def #136

The book can't be compiled unless memoize-xetex.def is provided. This file seems to be not available from CTAN.

Error message:

LaTeX Warning: You have requested package `./styles/memoize',
               but the package provides `memoize'.

! I can't find file `memoize-xetex.def'.
