Remove `smallfont` #145

Currently, the option smallfont is activated in this book, which slightly deteriorates readability:

Recommendation would be to print the book in normal size. Since your last edition, the capabilities of our printers have improved.

We discussed this before. Typesetting is done. Going to a bigger font would require major changes. I tried this but I cannot do it. Sorry.
