wrong indentation of examples if a footnote is within itemize (3-gb.tex) #148

There used to be a fix for this: \fnlabelindent{1.5em} but now xelatex complains about an unknown command.

Somebody TM changed my command. It now has to be \setlength{\footexindent}{1.5em}.
