On the slide no. 165, you mention the idea case filter, which means all the NP should have case. Then you presented the next point that "case is assigned under government, that is, only NPs in certain tree positions may get case." I find this two contradicting since the first one means every NPs should have case but the second one means not all but only NPs in certain positions will get a case. Are they really contradicting? If not, could you briefly explain the two?
