"and Kim" would be Xcrd+. We can then combine it with "Sandy" and get an X (underspecified for crd). The X can enter in (7a) and we have "and Sandy and Kim" as Xcrd+.

And the pointer to Beavers & Sag is misleading since they do totally different stuff.

Rui: Having "and Sandy and Kim" as Xcrd+ is a good thing. That's how polysyndetic coordination like "Robin and Tom and Sandy and Kim" is modeled in B&S.

Beavers & Sag is correct citation.
