Maybe this reference is sufficent: "Figure 12 shows the analysis of the VP in (70a). The respective NPs and PPs form a cluster that is licensed by (73). The phrases a book to Mary and a magazine to Sue are coordinated and the respective cluster values matched (see Mouret 2006: 263 for details on this matching)."
