3.1.x - add Advanced BBCodes #1

Initial pull request - adds Advanced BBCodes which have direction formatting, many video and sound site inclusion as a simple add-on extension and manageable from the admin console. Includes font support. Works with keyboard extension.

No code changes - just added files in the ext directory.

A good idea, and thank you for looking into this!

Unfortunately, it looks like your pull request also pulled in changes to 301 files spread over 250 commits. Did you push a larger upstream branch by accident? Our local changes are actually on the custom branch, based off of upstream's 3.1.4 (we'll upgrade at some point).

It might be easier to just revert your checkout to custom, and to install this copy of the plugin here. That should give us a clean-single, patch commit, with any luck.
