Possibility to add a custom dictionary in a Website #188

Sometimes I visit websites which use some self created words. Maybe for Product-names, menu entries for Special-Software and also words and names in science fiction. If I participate in their community I sometimes have problems with the correct writing of specialized words. It would be nice If a owner of such a website could link a dictionary which Languagetool could use. e.g.: <link rel="dictionary" hreflang="de" href="//examle.com/german.dic"> <link rel="dictionary" hreflang="en" href="//examle.com/english.dic"> <link rel="dictionary" hreflang="*" href="//examle.com/all-names.dic">

I'm not an expert in HTML so maybe an other way would be better.

Maybe the title is a miss-understandable because I wrote "directory" instead of "dictionary"
