jump to error #62

Sometimes none of the suggested corrections is useful or there is no correction. For these cases, we should have a "go" link that places the cursor on the error, selecting it.

See branch select-error for some work on this. Problem: doesn't work yet for forms like the one on languagetool.org.

I couldn't make this work for tinyMCE yet as used on languagetool.org, any help is welcome.
