It is in the British speller.
I tested with American but can confirm that it works with variant set to British, South Africa, New Zealand.
Merriam-Webster has 'road map', not 'roadmap': https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/road%20map
At Oxford, it's listed under "American English" https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/us/roadmap Knowing that it's already in the British Speller, can I add it to the spelling.txt of en-us, en-au and en-ca?
I know nothing about Australian English or Canadian English, so you must do some research for those languages.
The term 'roadmap' is not BrE and should give a spelling error. (The term is 'road map' in the dictionaries that I looked at.)
In https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/us/roadmap, 'roadmap' is a verb, not a noun. 'Roadmap' in the context of 'technology roadmap' is a noun.
I suggest that you research the term 'technology roadmap' (use https://corpus.byu.edu/) and then decide which versions of English to add the term to.
The word "roadmap" is currently detected as a misspelling. Not sure if this is intended because of "road map" (map of streets)
