[en] provide suggestion for PROGRESSIVE_VERBS #1840

Now it is recognizing the new feature

First, I think this is not a grammar- but style-related suggestion. Apart from that I'm asking myself if it would be possible to provide a suggestion since the message is not necessarily easy to understand (especially for non-native speakers).

In the GUI version of LT, a link (https://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/intermediate-grammar/stative-verbs) explains the problem. @danielnaber, would it be sensible and practical to enhance the web version to include links?

@tiff, the problem is related to grammar. For your example, we could suggest "recognizes". But, look at the examples in the rule. I don't know how we can make a rule that always gives correct suggestions.

It's already there I think, the "Explain" link in the menu.
