Estrangeirismo não é erro, ninguém diria sítio web ao invés de site, até por que em inglês website é mais dito que site. E "site" é mais dito em outros idiomas.

I don't know what he exactly means, but what I noticed is, that it suggests "sítio web" for "site" and then again marks the resulting text.

"Isto acontece através de site." — > "Isto acontece através de sítio web."

Well, it seems to work here.

"site" is a foreign word, so, it suggests "sítio web" and then it flags "web" which is also a foreign word because there is no way to make it automatic replace "web" in italic.
