I found this happening (not sure if related):
@jaumeortola I can confirm that most of these words didn't cause a spelling error in a snapshot from last week
languagetoolplus.com currently still has a snapshot from last week and doesn't show those words as errors:
This can be misleading (Did you mean "Miriam" in English?). We have "Míriam" in the Spanish dictionary.

I'm aware of this. This feature will be removed with our homepage redesign anyway.
TODO:
@jaumeortola the words I posted were just the most added ones over a 2-day timeframe. Please expect a lot more to come. I will collect another (probably bigger) list until Friday.

I've actually removed it now (https://github.com/languagetool-org/languagetool/commit/011d90e252361a43c69ccea9d96d42c67e084562).

Also, I saw many combinations of numbers + words. For French, I recently added basic "ignore spelling" rules that catch cases like:
BMW M4 Airbus A380 Philips AEA2700

Most of the words added. Verbs will be added with a new version of the dictionary because every verb creates many forms.
I am unsure about some English words. Some (not all) can be added, and a style rule could suggest alternatives.
@jaumeortola thanks. Regarding English words: I think it's ok to add words to the dictionary that are commonly used nowadays (even if they are not listed in the official dictionaries) as long as the English word is not too similar to a common Spanish word.
@jaumeortola the "add to dictionary" events have increased significantly for Spanish since the weekend. Seems like many names and abbreviations (CLP, USD, CRM, GIF, ...) were lost?
Here are some of the words:
