[en] false alarm BEEN_PART_AGREEMENT[1] #3083

If we fix this error, then LT will not find the incorrect text in which an article (or possessive pronoun) is missing:

... which might be source of the Doke letter. -> be the source of

... which might be source by the Doke managers. -> be sourced by

... which might be source from the test data. -> be your/the source from / be sourced from

Ah I see. But then BEEN_PART_AGREEMENT should have a sub-rule that suggests not only suggest "sourced" but also "the source". Do you agree, @MikeUnwalla?
