[nl] bad suggestions from MORFOLOGIK #5005

When a compound word is spelled with multiple capitals at the start followed by a dash, and only the version without the capitals is in the dic, the suggestion is firstupper. HR-afdeling is wrong, suggestion: Hr-afdeling. This suggestion is just as wrong, unless at the start of the sentence. At start of sentence, the suggestion should be Hr-afdeling Not at start of sentence: suggestion should be hr-afdeling. Hr-afdeling should only be accepted at start of sentence, not in other places.

Same for other spelled parts: De bediening van de CV-ketel (via een kamerthermostaat) verandert niet. (Cv-ketel would be the correct alternative)
