[fr] spelling suggestions for d?claration->déclaration #5305

Is this important or necessary? I am not certain. These errors happen when files are converted from one format to another. But do they happen when typing?

It can be done with a specific filter.

Another approach: add an exception in the word tokenizer, so "d?claration" is tokenized as one token.

It is important as sometimes punctuation signs can interfere into words for whatever reason. Some spellcheckers already correct this kind of error but LanguageTool does not so I'd say it could be great if it was corrected.
