[de] Add compounds with "Signatur-" to spellchecker and POS dictionary #7161

Compounds with "Signatur-" are currently neither recognized by the spellchecker nor by the POS dictionary. For example:

Signaturzertifikate Signaturtechnik Signaturfunktion

There are already some examples added to spelling.txt, but LT should recognize these compounds automatically.

These words are often used in texts for German lawyers and law firms because they have to use electronic signatures for communication with courts etc.

I think just adding "Signatur" to spelling.txt should do the job. AFAIK There's some special logic that allows any compounds

I guess you are right, let's give it a try. But will this fix the POS recognition?
