I updated the instructions for doing this task, so that other people can do it as well.

@marcoagpinto Don't worry. I can do it. But we want some other people in the English team to learn to do it.

The ideal situation would be for an English maintainer to do it every three months.

I don't have the knowledge to do it myself.

I will try to begin 2024 with a feature in Proofing Tool GUI to handle all this process, I just need some time and analyse all the steps carefully.
