Convert site to sveltekit #4

I left the old files in the root, added svelte kit with tailwind css. I got as far as I could, I couldn't do as much as I wanted. I don't have access to things like split text from gsap. But the foundation is there.

@jakebogan01 Thank you for your effords but i am closing this PR due to https://github.com/langx/token-website/issues/1#issuecomment-2168796131

When we will have sth working here with libraries, then we can reopen and update this PR or we may create new one. Basically HTML/CSS version is working well.

I respect your work and forgive me that im closing this PR :)
