A ParticleGroup holds a single type and group of particles, e.g. a water spring.
You can create ParticleGroups via the ParticleScriptAccess (see example in Manipulator).
ParticleGroups are registered to World as observers to do the updating (visuals and creation when emitting) if necessary.
