A prototype code for calculating self-force of a toroidal sheet current. Initialy forked from https://plmlab.math.cnrs.fr/rrobin/laplace_code (DOI 10.1088/1741-4326/ac7658). The goal is to integrate this as an objective function for CurrentPotential in the regcoil branch of simsopt.
