@zmorrell, start testing with the latest version on master with this fix. If you still have any issues with data collection let me know.

@ccoffrin I ran a larger sample with more points over night. All collections were successful, and I am not sure if it was just the time I was running it, a change in submission scheduling, or a just an artifact of the fix, but I think it ran faster too.

Edit: I just looked at the timestamps, it ran in about the same time. I guess it just felt faster when watching the screen initially

That's great news. Thanks @jnelson1 for tracking this down and resolving it. It will save us all quite a bit of time and effort re-running things!
