Contact map: when selection is released, update the 'Location' field, and set application selection #64

When releasing on resizing selection for contactmap widget, or when completing a move of the selection, the following update should happen:

  1. set the 'location' field with a pair of ranges
  2. update the selection (which will change the 'annotation' and the 'segments' field)
