Los Alamos Grid Toolbox (LaGriT) is a library of user callable tools that provide mesh generation, mesh optimization and dynamic mesh maintenance in two and three dimensions.
I'm currently learning LaGriT and have successfully installed Docker to run the executable. As I attempted to follow the first part of the tutorial here, I encountered a memory error. You can view the detailed logs here.
Could you please advise if Docker imposes any memory limits? Also, is there a way to run a script without manually entering ./lagrit and inputting commands?
