bracketing bug - occasionally wrong number of rows in output data frame for bracketing cals #48

Affects both carbon calibration methods - there seems to be a bug where occasionally the wrong number of rows are written to the output data frame (example, ABBY 2017-12). Should be about 30 cal periods, but there is only 1 row and now stop time. HIGH priority.
