rhdf5 warnings issued during devtools::test() with old versions of rhdf5 #73

devtools::test() issues many warnings - described in this issue: https://github.com/grimbough/rhdf5/issues/61 - for older versions of rhdf5 (2.32.x) / Rhdf5lib (1.10.x).

Issue is fixed if rhdf5_2.36.0 and Rhdf5lib_1.14.1 are used - earlier versions may also work - attached issue indicates rhdf5_2.33.7 is also likely to resolve the issue.
