Describe the bug Time conversion issue encountered for BARR site.

To Reproduce calibrate_carbon(barr-data, paste0(data_dir, '200-calCiso/',fout), site = BARR, r2_thres = 0.95, calibration_half_width=0.5)

Expected behavior Correct conversion of datetimes.
