pav get_results options not defaulting #10

the command "pav get_results -h" states that the default for the -e option of pav get_results is today, but instead, using the -e option with no further arguments results in an error. I also tried the -E, -s, and -S options, which have stated defaults, but the same error occurs.

The default is used if the option is not specified at all. If that was not clear I am open to suggestions on how to rephrase it.
