Fix buoyancy terms and initial conditions in sloped case #50

This PR contains buoyancy-related bug fixes for the sloped case:

Change the sign of buoyancy tendency term for sloped case
Change the sign of the salinity component of sub-grid-scale TKE production
Prevent depth-variable T,S initial conditions from getting overwritten in sloped case
