Radiation tests failing on GPU #116

Radiation test problems (regardless of closure) run on GPU but are producing errors (including NaN Con2Prims). Tests are failing on GPU.

Pretty sure this is actually due to not accounting for the factor of -\alpha in the G_0 component of the radiation four-force when switching from the Valencia to the HARM-like formulation. Should be fixed by #104.
