confirm dialog before closing tab

It'd would be great if closing tabs would pop up a confirm dialog. This could also be disabled in the options.

Need to test this a little more then I will merge it to master.

Tilda has now two separate configurable options to show a dialog both when a single tab is closed or when the whole tilda application is closed.
