Tilda preferences window is too big to fit on smaller screens. #239

When I am using Tilda on my notebook with 1366x768 resolution, the lower part of the preferences window is cutoff. There is no possibility to resize the window either.

+1 on mine netbook 1024x600 Ubuntu 14 I have to use alt+space than m to move whole window to be able to click Close button
