(Fixed) Add command-line option to use specific config file #272

Right. So I messed some things up with my git setup (and learned a few don'ts in the process), apologies to folks watching #251 and receiving a bunch of emails. Additional command-line options should now override the ones specified in the config file, even if said file is itself specified via command-line.
