New option to display full tab title in a tooltip #351

Looks good. Let me give it a try and if there are no problems the I will merge it.

Merged, I think we should activate that option by default, would you agree?

Yeah I reckon so, I only set to 'off' as the default to preserve existing behaviour but it's very useful when using trimmed titles
