<Alt>+P and <Alt>+N custom keybindings are overridden by command history navigation #362

I tried to set +P and +N to "next tab" and "previous tab", respectively. But the key presses act like +P and +N (or arrow up and arrow down), meaning "previous command" and "next command", anyway.
