unable to set y position to 0 #465

In gnome 3.38.3 it's not possible to configure tilda to have y position 0, it always resets to 27px due to the top bar ("activities" bar). It's super infuriating and i can't work out how to override this behavior

In MATE with a 24px panel, Tilda can't have y position of less than 26px.
