Always show the next upcoming event #102

When an event is scheduled for the current day and has already happened, the website will still show this event as the next event. For example, consider this screenshot that was taken at 10 p.m. on September 5th:

Describe the solution you'd like

The website should always show the next event chronologically that has not already started. Using the screenshot from above, if I view the website at 10 p.m. I should not see an event from earlier in the day. Instead, I should see the next event, which may be tomorrow at 9 a.m.
