Widescreen support #93

@brendonthiede Here are some fixes for visitors with widescreens:

  1. The hero image always spans the entire width of the page (fixes #92)
  2. The events and resources sections use separate SVGs at the top and bottom to scale the section disproportionately, preventing the headings from ever being obscured by the white background of the previous section (fixes #90)
