Update the URL for 'Java' to the Lansing JVM User Group Meetup group URL, 'https://www.meetup.com/Lansing-JVM-User-Group/'

@lucidmachine, I merged this change so the website will link to the new JUG page. I'm going to merge your other changes into the new API and release those at the same time.

The current API and lubot are brittle and I'm not an admin so troubleshooting is hard. I'm going to focus on migrating the API (which will include the new JUG info) so I don't get unexpectedly interrupted by the API or Lubot crashing.
