Add required PHP-Version in Readme #36

In production settings, restrictions re. the installed PHP version are quite frequent. Therefore, it would be great to see the required PHP (sub-) version on the readme page.

Sorry, somehow this slipped under my radar. I’ve just updated the README. The composer file already contained the required version: https://github.com/lanthaler/JsonLD/blob/master/composer.json.
