this is really awesome by the way, would love to see or help out with a grunt task for this as well

thanks, I'm glad you like it. Advice taken, I'll create the npm module later today. Do you think I should create a standalone script like react_hiccup ... or still rely on sjs -m react_hiccup.sjs ...?

Grunt task: yes please! That would be awesome!

Done, the package is react.hiccup. README has been updated accordingly.
