Create Event Display too crowded

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log in. Click on Create an Event
2.Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

What is the expected output? A checkboxed listing of Categories, with final
checkboxes for the contact for the event and whether to list it.

What do you see instead? The two informational checkboxes are located in
the same physical space as the Categories (in the bottom right space).
There is also a grey line in the center of the Categories area which was
probably supposed to be the separator between the two sections. Both things
are visible in the attached screen shot, marked with red arrows.

What web browser are you using (Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer)?
Firefox version 3.5.8
