An error message displayed in account creation page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Goto http://www.flashvolunteer.org
2. Click on 'Create an Account' link on the top right side of page.
3. The page to enter new account details is displayed.
The error message 'Errors found! Please check the highlighted fields. ' is 
displayed even before user has entered any of it's details.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output :- The error message should not be displayed even before 
user has entered any of its details or before user has tried to create an 
account with empty details.

What web browser are you using (Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer)?
