Account Creation Issues #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto http://flashvolunteer-dev.appspot.com
2. Click on Create Account link.
3. Enter About details and upload a pic(<50b). 
4. Click upload.
Expected Output -> The picture should be uploaded. The profile page should 
be refreshed showing the uploaded pic and the About details should still 
be displayed.
Actual Output -> The page gets refreshed to the Welcome home page. When 
you navigate back to profile page, pic has not been uploaded and About 
details are vanished.
5. Goto edit profile page and re-enetr the About details , change the name 
and change the work/live nearest to options and Save the settings.
Expected Output -> The changes should be saved.
Actual Output -> The changes are not saved. Page simply gets refreshed to 
profile page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What web browser are you using (Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer)?

Veified in http://flashvolunteer-dev.appspot.com and the issue has been 
resolved.
